Gold Homeowner Package

Our Gold Package is specially designed for those homeowners who want to reduce their water, sewer and natural gas costs the most. As part of the package, you'll receive two each of our top-of-the-line toilets, showerheads and aerators.

The two toilets in our Gold Package are the WaterSense-approved Zurn Dual Flush (Model Z5562). This model has been designed to use only 1.0 gpf (gallons per flush) for liquid waste while giving you the option of using the standard 1.6 gpf for solid waste. Zurn has been an industry leader for more than 100 years - there is no better name in the business for dependability and quality.

The showerheads we offer are the Bricor B100 MAX. Unlike others on the market today, these showerheads use a patented technology that gives you the desired psi (pounds per square inch) while radically reducing your flow rate. With a Bricor showerhead, you have the sensation of using 2 or 3 gpm (gallons per minute), when the true flow is slightly less than 1 gpm! Many Las Vegas hotels have taken notice and now pamper their guests with this unique showerhead. By dramatically reducing your water usage in your home shower, you'll slash the cost of heating that water and save plenty of money as well.

Like the showerhead, Bricor also manufactures a money-saving sink aerator (Model B1516DTK) that uses only slightly more than one-third of a gallon per minute (0.375 gpm). But again, because of the company's patented technology, the aerators on offer in our Gold Package deliver a powerful flow that feels like what you'd get from a standard 2.2 gpm aerator.
