Green Homeowner Package

Our Green Package has been designed for owners of smaller homes who want to reduce their water-, sewer-, and natural gas-related expenses, and includes one top-notch toilet, low flow showerhead and aerator.

The toilet, a Zurn Dual Flush 1.6/1.0 gpf (gallons per flush) model (Z5562), is WaterSense-approved. As a dual-flush model, the toilet has been designed to use 1.0 gpf for liquid waste and 1.6 gpf for solid wastes. Zurn has been an industry leader for more than 100 years and can be trusted to stand behind their excellent products.

The low flow showerhead in our Green Package is a Bricor B100 MAX. Unlike others on the market today, this showerhead uses a patented technology that gives you the desired psi (pounds per square inch) while radically reducing your flow rate. With a Bricor showerhead, you have the sensation of using 2 or 3 gpm (gallons per minute), when the true flow is slightly less than 1 gpm! Many Las Vegas hotels have taken notice and now pamper their guests with this unique showerhead. By dramatically reducing your water usage in your home shower, you'll slash the cost of heating that water and save plenty of money as well.

Like the showerhead, Bricor also manufactures a money-saving sink aerator (Model B1516DTK) that uses only slightly more than one-third of a gallon per minute (0.375 gpm). But again, because of the company's patented technology, the aerator on offer in our Green Package delivers a powerful flow that feels like what you'd get from a standard 2.2 gpm aerator.
